By confirming your booking, you agree to the following terms:

Payment

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking enquiry.

• Full payment must be made no later than 7 days prior to your booking date.

• If payment is not received by this date, the booking may be cancelled at the owner’s discretion.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the booking date are non-refundable.

• Rescheduling within 7 days of the booking is subject to availability and at the owner’s discretion.

 

Use of Property

• Casa Bajo La Luna must be left in the same condition it was found (clean, tidy, and free from rubbish).

• Failure to do so will incur a cleaning fee.

• Any damage to the property or its contents will incur additional charges to repair or replace items.

• Furniture must not be moved without prior approval from the owner. Any approved furniture moved must be returned to its original position, otherwise a moving fee will be incurred.

• Running overtime will incur additional charges, billed in 1-hour increments.

• Guests may only access rooms that have been agreed upon in advance with the owner. Do not enter any rooms not approved prior to your shoot.

• A $200 cleaning fee will be charged if more than 15 people (including children) are present — no exceptions.

 

Restrictions

• No pets allowed unless previously approved by the owner.

• No parties or events without prior written approval.

• No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property, inside or outside.

• No nude, boudoir, or adult content may be filmed or photographed on the premises.

 

Owner Access

• The owner reserves the right to remain on the premises for the duration of your booking.

 

Noise Policy

• Please respect our neighbours and surroundings. Loud music, amplified sound, or disruptive noise is not permitted at any time.

• The owner reserves the right to terminate a session early if excessive noise or disturbance occurs, with no refund provided.

 

Insurance

• For commercial bookings, the hirer must hold valid public liability insurance to cover any incidents, damages, or injuries that may occur during the booking.

 

Photography Rights

• By booking Casa Bajo La Luna, you grant the owner permission to repost or feature behind-the-scenes or final content created on the property across social media and marketing materials, with credit to the creator.

• If you prefer your content not be shared, you must notify the owner in writing prior to your booking.

 

Liability

• Any costs incurred by the owner due to breaches of these terms will be passed on to the hirer.

 

Bond & Breaches

• Failure to comply with any of the above terms and conditions may result in partial or full forfeiture of the bond, at the discretion of the owner.

 

Agreement

• By proceeding with your booking and/or signing any booking documentation, you confirm that you agree to these terms.

• Payment of the deposit and/or invoice constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions.

• Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

• You agree to leave Casa Bajo La Luna in its original state of entry (clean, tidy, and free from rubbish).​
